A rapidly expanding global retailer, known for its reputation as the healthiest fast food brand, sought to strengthen its leadership team. The Role

The newly appointed CFO required a dynamic number two to drive growth and support strategic decision making. The Head of Commercial Finance needed to possess:

  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Expertise in business partnering (sales, delivery, channel, and operations), FP&A, modelling, M&A, and investment cases.
  • Experience in retail, franchise, and multi site operations.
