The Role

To support this transformation, the company created a forward focused CFO role. This leader would:

  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team (SLT) to provide robust financial analysis and drive commercial decision making.
  • Manage investor relations and ensure the timely delivery of accurate business insights.
  • Optimise financial systems, including selecting and implementing a new accounting package.
  • Develop and motivate a high performing finance team.
  • Evaluate and support investment opportunities while future proofing the business operations.

  • A proven track record in external investor management and scaling businesses.
  • Familiarity with technology driven media operations, including SaaS, production, and content supply models.
